After 15+ years in landscaping, forestry, construction, and home maintenance, we witnessed too many property owners frustrated by dishonest contractors, poor communication, and subpar work quality. Meet Tristan, Owner of Boone Property Company
Native to New Hampshire, you could say Tristan knows what it means to be outside. Growing up in the middle of the woods, he spent his fair share of time splitting wood, fixing things, and tackling every manner of property chores. The first property he ever managed was the treehouse he built with his father, brothers, and grandfather. This was no ordinary treehouse – it was two floors, had insulation, asphalt shingles, and was wired to code!
In 2012, Tristan moved to Michigan, and in 2017 settled in Holland, where he now calls home with his wife and son. With over 15 years of experience in landscaping, forestry, construction, and home maintenance, he brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to every property he serves.
As a Christian his whole life, Tristan truly believes that everything he does should be done to glorify God and operates his whole life with that principle in mind. Boone Property Company is no different – operating with integrity, compassion, and always doing the right thing.
